Nestled in the heart of Phoenix Forest Gardens between orchards and fields, the Unity Dome was built in 2024 as a prototype experiment by Phoenix Domes. Following the unique geometry of a 'Rhombic Triacontahedron', it features a gold and blue exterior and warm birch paneling with expansive windows on the inside. It includes a charming kitchenette complete with a mini fridge, toaster oven, Granite sink, and a central island perfect for meal prep or casual dining. The large, triangular windows flood the space with natural light and offer immersive views of the surrounding trees, including blossoming Apple trees just outside your door. It has a full bathroom with a composting toilet, bathtub and sink, as well as a boot room for extra storage. Queen size bed included. An energy-efficient heat pump keeps it comfortable year round. Right outside the door there is lots of space for personal gardens and landscaping. 

We used to rent this dome for vacation rentals, but have been thinking we would rather expand our community and offer this space to a long term member. 

It was upgraded last Sumer with spray foam insulation and a metal roof!

300 sqft, with a king size bed, sink, hanging chair, and sitting area, it is a cute and cozy studio in the heart of the farm. 

It boasts our custom birch wood panel kit and a large double pane, low-e panorama window. 

A resident of this space would share the composting outhouses, shared shower, laundry and the farm kitchen with a few other members and the work traders.

We have a serviced, levelled site ready for someone who is bringing their own tiny home. 15 amps power, filtered water and ethernet are available at this private, shady site with private parking, nestled against the forest on a small rise overlooking the rest of the farm. 

There is an unfinished platform for a deck or a dome that could be an additional living space. 

No trashy RV's or trailers please - we want to keep things cute and uplifting around here.
